# Axies

## Axie Classes

There are 9 classes in Axie Infinity: Beast, Bug, Mech, Reptile, Plant, Dusk, Bird, Aqua, Dawn.\

Axie is similar to Pokémon in the sense that class weaknesses/advantages play a huge part in PvP. \
\
This will be covered under PvP Mechanics.

## Axie Stats

Each Axie has four main stats: Health, Morale, Skill, and Speed.

| Stat   | Function                                                   |
| ------ | ---------------------------------------------------------- |
| Health | Amount of Damage an Axie can take before dying.            |
| Morale | Increases critical strike and last stand chance.           |
| Skill  | Increases Axie's combo damage (card attack x skill / 500). |
| Speed  | Determines turn order of Axie's.                           |

If two Axies have the same speed, the turn order is determined by:\
Low HP > High Skill > High Morale > Fighter ID.

## Body Parts

Each Axie has 6 body parts that contribute to its stats: Eyes, Ears, Horn, Mouth, Back, and Tail.

| Plant      | 3 HP + 1 Morale    |
| Aqua       | 3 Speed + 1 HP     |
| Beast      | 3 Morale + 1 Speed |
| Bug        | 3 Morale + 1 HP    |
| Bird       | 3 Speed + 1 Morale |
| Reptile    | 3 HP + 1 Speed     |
